Wiggle Dragon Ride 9/6/2013 was created by Joe
I have booked a place on the Wiggle Dragron ride for next year, doing the Gran Fondo.

www.wiggledragonride.com/

Is anyone else doing this event? I have also booked a twin room in Bridge End Premier Inn for the night before, if anyone wants to share a room.

Cheers,

Joe

I am in...

So it Adrian Lancaster and Adrian Bloxham. They shared a room last time so I am happy to share a room with you.

Just let me know the details and how much I owe you etc.

Should be good!

Good stuff. Looks like St Neots CC will be well represented!

On the question about how long it would take to do the ride, what did you guys put down?

David - the spare bed is all yours. Hotel was £56 I think, but they dont charge til the day, so we can work it out then.

Just need to arrange transport...

I could drive down but I dont have a bike rack so it would be bikes in the back of the car. With several of us, maybe we could hire a van? What do you think?

BTW : I wont be out this Sunday, have to go to a christening down in Devon at the weekend.

In the end I put 7 to 7:30 hours but I had no idea. Not that it will matter too much I cant imagine.

My car will carry 2 bikes and 2 passengers only, I dont mind driving or like you say with 4 of us going down we could use some kind of van (hired).

I'm not out sunday either as it happens

I wish I had the legs for the hills, but I'm not sure I will next year. Maybe 2014 :)

However, I do have a spare bike rack you guys are welcome to borrow, if you don't want to hire a vehicle.

Timings aren't important. Last year Adrian B and I went off with his mate early. Who else entered ? I've counted 4 so far. A mini bus or van would be a good idea.

I assume we're talking about the long route (206km)?

I'd be tempted by that, but I need to wait until the calendar for the Big Bike Rally Challenge is out so I can plan my race season.

Wait at your peril, the places may have gone already.

I recognise that, but my priority is the BBRC, and cycling events will need to fit around that.

There's always the Fred Whitton ;)

Nice one Steve. So we have yourself, Adrian B, Adrian L, David L and me. Have I missed anyone?

Riding for prostrate cancer uk......will that involve a modified saddle? Or maybe just a seat post.
