4 PBs at the SNCC TT
The sixth SNCC TT of the season and 24 riders this evening to test themselves once again on the 11.2 mile Abbotsley course and a welcome back to a regular guest for the past 15 years Dom Whitehead and to a more recent former member Darren Preston for their first SNCC TT of the season.
Nic was very close to a sub 25 minute time only missing out by one second to be quickest home this evening. Simon Elkington continues to improve his PB for the fifth consecutive week to take second place and Pat Ellerbeck is finding his form again with his first sub 27 minute time of the season.
Four PBs this evening and congratulations to Jim Roberston for finding a 43 second improvement , Wayne Tunnah 34 seconds , Simon Murphy 10 seconds and Simon Elkington 7 seconds.

Handicap Results
Quick reminder that for the Handicap Trophy points are awarded for the number of riders on the night less Guests and First Time Members. So tonight 24 riders and 20 points on offer. A Handicap Time of 25 minutes or less means that you have either matched your PB or improved on it. A Handicap Time greater than 25 minutes shows how much you are off your PB.
To be in contention to win the 2018 Handicap Trophy you need to do as many TTs as you can and ride as close to or improve on your PB consistently until the end of the season.

Handicap Trophy – 2018 – Running Total
Simon Elkington retains first place in the hunt for the 2018 Handicap Trophy closely followed by Simon Murphy in second and Norman King well placed in third place. Another 12 TT’s plus the Ashman Trophy in July with many points still on offer this season.
