Thought it seemed to work well today. Adds a bit of spice to it when you are in the groups doing the same route and you know another group is on your tail or not far ahead so a thumbs up from me for the new style club runs.

Seconded, Mark. Thoroughly enjoyable route and and a good pace. Averaged >16 mph on the 40 miler but no one was even close to being dropped - even me!
