17th Jan clubrun (L)

The long ride is due to go along hamerton road up past the zoo from 17-19mile point. On weds this week, this road had heavy roadworks and just passable although was a complete mud/stone bowl causing me two punctures and i think Dave W saw similar. Alternative route up st judiths ln through coppingford and meet the original route in sawtry is possible. Of course it might be completely clear by sunday

Thanks for the heads up Olly I'll have a look at a detour. I have a feeling the weather might have the last word.

Agreed, might be clear because its the weekend but the surface was caked in mud and debris.
Detour through Sawtry and up to Coppingford would be a safe bet.
