apparently there is a back street in kimbolton, so as long as someone else on the group 2 ride knows the way???

Assuming it's the High Street, then there is East Street and St Andrews Lane, but that doesn't go the full length of the High street, so you'd need to be sure that the closure is finished before that point.

Couldn't make it along to the chain-gang due to a conference call, but I was out for a blat on one of the motorcycles and saw you lot going the other way just outside Kimbolton.
