Emailed this, but for info...
Evening all,
First to all those who have volunteered to help out on the day, thank you for your support. I will email out reminders of roles tomorrow evening. However, we could probably do with 1 other person to marhsal riders as they return to St Neots. Specifically we need someone to stand at the mini roundabout where the Bushmead Road joins the Gt north Road.
Regards riding the route, there are two options:
1. You can ride the route for free as a club ambassador. In this case you would be expected to ride in club kit (if you don't have kit let us know your size and we will try to find something). You will be expected to:
set a good example on the road,
be friendly / sociable with other riders,
provide mechanical support if required,
support anyone struggling/bonking,
in the unfortunate event of an incident, if you are first on the club rider on the scene, provide whatever assistance you can (even if it is just phoning Alistair, the emergency contact).
KNOW THE ROUTE
2. Pay and ride the route as a private rider. We would ask you don't ride in club kit to avoid any confusion with ambassadors
Finally, if you just want to do a normal club run, either start a thread on the forum or turn up at the Market Square as usual and sort something out with whoever else turns up!
cheers
Richard

As there will not be an organised club run on Sunday 7th October it has been proposed that we have a club run on Saturday 6th October leaving the market square 08:30.
Please let me know if you are interested.

See you all tomorrow morning bright and early. Seems like I'll be paying at the venue thanks to a couple of indecisive people (not me!)
GPX file loaded on to the Garmin (more so I can help keep an eye on any non-members than so I don't get lost but you never know!)
Signs were up when I came back from Rockingham Motor Speedway this evening so well done and thank you to the volunteers going out getting this done today.
