Hand built wheels

A mate of mine from Cambridge has just sent me this email. He is a quality wheel builder so if anyone is interested then feel free to contact either me or him direct.

Please find listed the rims I have.
Costing is my retail price, quantity of each rim type is listed, (that's not too important).
Numbers of rims are limited, however I could probably build wheel sets 32 hole front, 36 hole rear.
Spokes will be DT Competition spokes 3 cross lacing pattern on 36 hole wheels, can be 2 cross lacing pattern on 32 hole, but interested persons will need to contact me to discuss.
I can build with Sapim Race spokes, but I have a limited number of these, and the costing will be based on the stock of DT Competitions that I have at present.

I can build on Shimano 105 5700/5800 hubs, or the Miche road hubs.
I would insist on new hubs on a wheel build, as I do not want to take any accountability for a used hub, "I don't know what abuse it's been through".

Ribble cycles are doing a deal on pairs of Shimano 105 hubs, (F+R), 5700 = £47.99 or 5800 = £53.95, but they're stocks are limited on certain sizes.

So for example set of Shimano 105 5800 hubs on Mavic Open Pro rims = £211.55. This is not a fixed price.
I might have to raise the price of spokes as my stocks are limited and the deal on the hubs through Ribble will be for a limited period so this will need to be factored into the equation.
