Two contrasting race preparation techniques from last nights Rockingham Race from SNCC riders.
As for results, Tim did better than all of us, while Wayne was dropped. Although to be fair to Mr Tunnah, he did start off with two UK Youth riders point chasing for their 1st cat licences, not to mention the usual Maxifuel lads... over to you Geoff....

Geoff, I certainly did, but I'm afraid my legs just aren't strong enough against kids who race elite crits with one of the stronger domestic teams. It's not a head thing but a physical thing. Still, managed to finish in the bunch with Tim, but my legs were shafted. It was a good race all the same.

Well done you know what you have to do to improve,but as we have discussed the total commitment to racing at a winning level is sometimes (most ) not possible keep it up,,Geoff
