Help/transport needed for club BBQ was created by alec

We need someone to help transport the barbecues, tables and chairs on Sunday - if anyone has access to a car with a large load area or a van then please let us know. Alistair would normally do this but we are not sure that he will be able to be there.

We've got a Touran, Alec, so can certainly help out. What time will you need us to be available, as I'll need to make sure I'm back from the club run in good time (I'm down as a ride leader this weekend, so can't dip out).

I have a Volvo estate so could help out too but again similar to Andy would like to know times etc

Hi Andy, Gareth, thanks to you both. The transport will be needed after the club run - say about 1pm. We only need one, so let's say Andy will do it if Alistair is not back on Sunday.
