Sunday Medium Ride - 15 Sept

Hi

I was on the medium ride Sunday and, together with a couple of others, this was one of my first medium rides.

It was great to see some of the faster riders dropping off and helping us keep with the group and, while the ride was faster in places than I am used to, it was refreshing to see the faster guys keeping an eye on us and pulling us along when we needed it (and we did at times!)
