Group Turbo Training Sessions

Will be there tomorrow night. Have eventually got one day where I can actually get out with the club and not be working.

Good turnout tonight, first time for double figures.

Also start thinking about securing your place for Decemeber. Payments can be made to the club in the usual way, or bring it with you one night and I will get this transferred.

The will be 3 sessions in December due to Christmas day being on Wednesday, so the 11th and 18th will be 1.5hrs at £5 per night starting at 19:30 and finishing at 21:00.
