Ok here goes Im looking for up to 6 riders of minimum experience to hopefully act as guinea pigs to attend free of charge six structured goride sessions with the goal being that on the final session you will be able to negotiate a closed circuit as a group using the techniques you will have been taught in a progressive manner.
The reason for this is myself steve lyons and gareth smith have to complete these sessions in order to qualify as British cycling level 2 coaches and each session taught has to be structured and documentated.
Time is of the essence on this as I wont be able to use our junior sessions as this ideally needs to be completed by the 28th of june 2014.
This request will in turn in the long term will hopefully help the clubs ambition of gaining goride accreditation and then there's the added advantage that people may learn something.
each session should last no more than an hour and will include a bike and helmet check, a dynamic warm up, a specific technique eg: braking and finally a cool down
I have the use of ernulf academy. If anyone is interested then please let me know soonest so as we can arrange dates.
This is all strictly voluntary and again would be a massive help towards the clubs future in coaching.

Just to support Terry's comments, in order for us to succeed as a Go Ride club it is so important for volunteers to come forward to support Terry, Gareth and myself to obtain our qualification and we can then drive the club in gaining Go Ride accreditation.
Look forward seeing all those names in support of what is potentially our next generation of club members and maybe future champions.

I'd love to help guys but my time is pretty limited at best so I couldn't put my name forward knowing that I possibly couldn't attend all 6. Best of luck though, it's a very worthy thing you're doing.
