I should be there with Daniel and I'll help out as much as I can but I do have to pop into town quickly at some point.

Today's session went well, Gareth took charge and had the children in the palm of their hand, the boy done good :). Sharon & myself only helped with the racing at the end. Another hour well spent and once again, further improvements in the children.

Thanks for the write up and kind words Tony. For those wondering we worked on riders riding close to/in contact with each other, starting off with a funnel that I would occasionally make narrower (much to the consternation of certain riders). We tried this both two and three abreast with a couple of attempts to for the whole group to ride through.

We then moved on to an oval that was set-up by Tony and Sharon (once again thank you for your time both of you), this had pinch points on each straight (that I again narrowed when everyone had had at least one run at it).

Rider of the week went to Connor as he had shown significant improvement through the session as he had gone from not doing this exercise before (some of the others had on a previous session) to one of the quickest pairings around the oval. That said all of the children learnt something and appeared to enjoy the session (even with protestations that I was an evil man making the funnel narrower and narrower).
