London Velodrome - 10/08/2014

I had such a good day that I've almost forgotten the soaking I got trudging around for an hour looking for the place (and then the way in)

I can highly recommend a trip to the Velodrome to all club members - no matter what your ability.

I'm not quick, but I certainly felt quick riding around the banked curves.

Overall it was great fun and what an opportunity to ride where so much British success was achieved at the London 2012 Olympics.

Was it scary? Yeh a little, but after a few laps that all changed to concentrating on zipping around the track.

Would I do it again? Hell yes, what a blast

So if a further visit is organised for the initial coaching session - get yourself there and have fun
