And yes I presume that any membership level is ok for the purposes of this Mr Leemur, it's just more a case of the different insurances you get etc etc (aka how much you spend )

Edit: All the email says about membership is:

Each rider must be a current British Cycling member. Riders who hold an Elite or 1st category British Cycling Race Licence are not eligible to enter the Club Challenge.

Will need a jersey before then though, not sure doing it in a skin suit will be the best idea!!
