Simon, as Terry has rightfully pointed out only the names of whom were seen were mentioned.
For us (as coaches) yesterday it was about the kids getting their first experience of competitive cycling and not gaining points for the Eastern League, which was not a priority to be honest.
That was not the point of them being there, but solely so they could enjoy and put into practise what they have worked hard for over the past few months.
If other members were there why did they not come down and meet with the kids and their parents and show them that SNCC is a club where we all support each other together on what was a historic day for the club with the youth riding in club colours.
For me I was extremely proud of them all yesterday in what they achieved on such a horrible day and on one of the toughest courses on the CX calendar, that's what we should all not lose focus on, as they are the future.
