Pain on inside of 1 knee only??

Hi there that sounds dangerous my man..his position maybe bang on..what you all need to do is to get some miles in on a regular basis ie 3/4 times a week... the pain will go, its been dam cold there maybe that has something to do with it..ride it off.G

Did a steady 50 odd yesterday no pain and it was pretty cold I put it down to a little too much too soon a few weeks back but thanks for your replies fellas
